Police responding to an East Haines Street apartment around 8:10 p.m., Dec. 18 on reports of a person screaming found 39-year-old Masiah Larkin inside with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, city police said.
A search was launched for the toddlers, who were found safe, but their 37-year-old dad and suspect, Stanley Baptiste, was found dead with gunshot wound to the head inside of a Lincoln Navigator in Lansdale, authorities said.
Police said the incident was domestic in nature.
